Great food cannot be made without a careful touch and the best tools. That’s why we employ both man and machine to produce our delicious rice balls. After the best raw ingredients are selected, the risotto is carefully prepared, rolled into perfect Balls by hand, then flash-frozen with liquid nitrogen and carefully packed. Most of the phases within this production process are controlled by state-of-the-art systems at our manufacturing facility in Rome, Italy, ensuring that the highest possible level of hygiene and standards are adhered to from start to finish.
